We are looking for Junior Customer Support specialist to join a dynamic team!
- Resolve the account related tickets from our clients in the US market.
- Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate support specialist or support group.
- Distribute and prioritize front-line tickets based on the volume.
- Provide internal departments and management with customers’ feedback.
